Tom Martin is our main character for the narrative part of our music video and also the lead singer in the performance element as we found in research that the lead singer is usually the main narrative character in music videos in our genre. Tom has experience in Drama and is confident so we thought he would best suit the male acting role and wouldn't have a problem with working in front of the camera.

Alice Roe is going to be the female character casted at the end of the music video as the soldier gets home to his girlfriend. She will also film the performance element of the music video. Alice has the correct style and characteristics to play this role and is knowledgeable when it comes to knowing filming techniques and the right angles to get the best effect so she is the most suitable person for filming.

Tom Bond is going to be the drummer in the band for the performance part of the music video as he has the correct style and look to contribute to the overall band image. He will film the narrative part of the music video because he is creative, has good ideas and can look constructively at how the scenes are coming across.

Jade Marriott-Lodge (me) will be the guitarist in the band and film the narrative part of the music video with Tom Bond. She is quite confident and will be able to perform in front of the camera as she has a history of acting and performing and has done drama. She is also quite creative so will be able to share ideas with the others as the narrative part of the video is filmed.
